Anyone will find our workshops to be a great learning experience. Our participants vary from amateur and professional photographer. You should, however, be familiar with your equipment
and its operation. Always bring you camera manual and any notes or books you have been studying.
But briefly, we believe lenses in the wide angle to moderate telephoto range will be most useful. Some way to do close-ups is recommended as well. While we may not do a lot of flash photography,
if you have a flash – bring it. Bring extra batteries and – don’t forget your memory cards. We will send you a recommended list of equipment once you register for the
workshop of your choice.
Unless otherwise noted, all events start between 6:30am and 7:30am on the day of the workshop and depending on what time of the year. The meeting location will depend on the workshop you selected.
Unless listed in the workshop description, each participant is responsible for his/her own transportation. However, car-pooling during the event is encouraged both to minimize the number of vehicles
at shooting locations and to get to know one another.
All state park and wildlife reserves have an entrance fee to enter. Each person is responsible for all entrance fees.
We recommended that you reserve lodging as soon as you register for an event. Please make sure you provide us with the location and name of hotel.
Our objective is to teach, enhance and inspire skills in the fundamentals and beyond of nature and landscape photography – creative techniques and compelling composition. These skills cross all borders between media. So, regardless of your
medium of choice, there’s something for you at our workshops.
Come prepared for anything and hopefully we will have good weather. Be sure to bring a sweater or jacket for those cool mornings or windy days. Hiking boots or tennis shoes, your choice, warm gloves
if needed and a hat are recommended to stay dry, warm and comfortable while in the field. If you have Internet access, check the weather forecast at www.intellicast.com before you leave home or the hotel.
Only if there is an element of danger. Often times "bad weather" makes for the most dramatic light possible. We shoot until mother nature allows no more!
Paypal payments, We also accept personal checks and money orders.

A $50 deposit is required to hold a spot. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the start of the workshop.
I will consider offering half day workshops, please contact me and we can discuss an option that works for you.
Each attendee will receive a set of PDF workshop notes compiled from the key points. Tuition also includes all lectures, fieldwork and guiding. Travel costs, lodging, entrance fees, and meals are not included.
If you cancel 14 or more days prior to the event we will refund your deposit less a $50 handling and cancelation charge. If you cancel between 14 and 7 days, your tuition will be refunded only if we fill your slot.
There is no refund for cancellations less than seven (7) days before the event.
Your photographs are supplied as 16-bit uncompressed tiff files and 8-bit compressed jpeg files at full resolution on a DVD.
We use professional Sony equipment producing 24 megapixel files, the uncompressed tiff files are generally 50-70MB each and the compressed jpeg files are circa 5-8MB each. The photographs we supply
will print to a very high standard up to A2 (594 x 420 mm - 23.4 x 16.5 in) size. Where higher resolution images are required we can supply 24 megapixel images, again using professional Sony equipment, please specify
this in your enquiry.
We can usually have your photographs returned within a week of the shoot. If you have a specific deadline to meet please let us know and we will always endeavor to meet it. For larger projects timescales are
slightly longer. We process all of our photographs in-house so have complete control of our work flow.
Yes, we can usually accommodate this type of assignment. We can advise on the limitations of this once you have sent us more specific requirements.
Not necessarily, interior shoots often benefit from good natural day lighting, but this doesn’t mean it has to be sunny. Likewise, we can also shoot exterior photographs with cloud cover. However, it goes without
saying that a nice sunny day with a bright blue sky will often show off you building to its best. We always aim to offer a flexible approach to when we shoot to give you the best possible images.
We prefer to quote for projects based on your specific requirements rather than quote blanket rates. This allows us to tailor or cost to the type of shoot and number of photographs you are expecting.
Absolutely, we can offer competitive rates no matter where the location throughout Northwest Florida, contact us for a quote and you won’t be disappointed.
